Online Customer Portal
Make individual or automatic payments online for a $1.00 fee, when paying by eCheck from a bank account or a 3% fee when paying by credit or debit card.
Customers can create an account by visiting inframark.com and following the instructions below.
How to create an account:
- Go to www.inframark.com
- Click on Customer Portal, then select Customer Portal Utility Districts, followed by Districts We Serve.
- Use the search box to find your district and click on it.
- Click Resident Portal Login for online payments.
- Click Set up new Residential Service online for new accounts.
Some of the features included in the customer portal are:
- Viewing real-time balance & transaction history
- Viewing current and past billing statements
- Viewing your water use history
- Updating your mailing address
- Signing up for eBilling

Please insert a check or money order, along with the payment stub, in the return envelope. Our payment processing department will post the payment the following business day.
Online Bill Pay Through Your Financial Institution
Payments can be made via your at-home internet service.
Please allow 7-10 business days, prior to the due date, for the payment to be received.
